Hello to all the family,
Today, a small discovery tour of the town. Nice is really magnifique and it would need one month and maybe more to see everything.First step, the castle hill which overlooks the Baie des Anges, the view from the waterfall is splendid…

On descending, passing through "Old Nice" , we strolled through the flower market-cours Saleya before stoping at place Rosseti for a light meal and to savour the italien ice cream at Fennochio (85 flavours to choose from) ,we didn’t taste them all !

Afterwards direction, les Arènes de Cimiez and the archaeological site of Cémenelum, immersing into the past of the town…. And to re-enter into an age more contemporary, a visit of the Matisse museum on the same site (initial explication of the works commented by the own words of the artist) …

To finish the day, a walk on the Place Massena and a small break under the shadows of trees of Albert 1st gardens before coming back to the hotel through the Promenade des Anglais.
